Coco li is a small boutique based in Cape Town with stores in the Paddocks Shopping Centre in Milnerton, and the Cape Quarter in Greenpoint. Owned by sisters Lana Goslett and Leigh Tzouvanni, we pride ourselves in stocking beautiful things that we source from around the world. We support local small businesses and encourage skills development and employment with our family of staff.

1. Payment Options

Coco li accepts payment with PayFast and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please visit the PayFast website for more information.  Note that an additional service fee of up to 5% is charged by payment gateways. PayFast is a secure payment gateway when paying by credit card.

2. Shipping

We use a local courier for shipping in South Africa. Please allow 5 working days for processing of your order and delivery. Where items are not in stock we will inform you of the delivery time. Notification via email will be sent on completion of your order along with a tracking number.

International Orders: Please note that we make use of the South African Post Office to send international orders and they can take up to 3 weeks. All items are sent via registered airmail and include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you on completion of your order.

Customs and Imports: You may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

For all orders please provide a daytime delivery address such as a work address, as they require a signature on delivery. If your parcel is returned to us for whatever reason, a new delivery fee will be charged to redeliver it.

3. Returns and Exchanges

We hope that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases, however, if you have received any of our products that you are unhappy with, please contact us on within 7 days after receiving your order and we will offer you credit of the same priced item in our online store. Please note that product chosen must be of the same value and does not include delivery costs.

All products are returnable, excluding:

·       Products bought on a Coco li sale

·       Swimwear, underwear, earrings and opened beauty products

All products returned must be unused and sent back in its original packaging and clothing items with tags attached. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the application return period which is 7 days after receipt of products. Please return products wrapped in bubble wrap for protection if breakable.

All postage costs of returning items will be the buyer's responsibility.  Using registered mail or courier to return items are recommended, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

4. Repairs

For any manufacturing defaults we will send your product back to the manufacturers to repair or replace. Where you have purchased one of our own Freda and Dick clothing items, or one of our own label products such as scarves, jewellery or bags, we will happily replace your product with the same or similar product of the same value, or if we do not have in stock, we will issue you with a credit to be used in store.
